By accessing and using LigaPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
LigaPilot is a sports league management platform that allows organizers to create and manage tournaments, teams, players, schedules, and statistics. The service includes free and paid plans with different levels of functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period. No refunds are made for partial periods.
You are responsible for all content you post on the platform, including team names, logos, player photos, and any other information. You must not post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of third parties.
LigaPilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LigaPilot and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you post.
LigaPilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
